Success Over Fear

Have you ever thought about why you never decided to take the leap into owning your own BUSINESS?

There are literally million's of people out there daily, that make others richer each day, and they do this because they are afraid to take that first step needed to start their own business. You say you don't understand what I mean?

OK, take a stroll with me so I can help clear my meaning up somewhat!

Just today I was talking to my wife's aunt, and she just happen to mention to me that her boss mentioned to her that he wanted to get with her to talk about helping him create a website so HE could sale manufacture products, and would like her thought on how to structure a website for HIM to do so in her spare time. (She's a beautician/hairstylist by trade) So she asked me what would it take for her to help get him a website started. (WOW!! RIGHT?)

Now to me, right off the top my thoughts were, why would you use your spare time and creativity to help someone else create and build their website when you could build yourself an affiliate blog/website and promote these same products and gain all the rewards for yourself from them.

So of course I started trying to plant the seed in her head on why create him a website/blog when she could do it for herself.

I explained to her that there are literally 1000's of beauty supply product manufacturer of such products as MAKEUP, WIGS, HAIR EXTENSION'S, HAIR DYE, NAILS, PERFUMES etc, that would be more than happy to have her join their team as an affiliate and promote their products from her website. I also explained that they would be very happy to do this for no cost to her. But, not only at no cost, but would be tickled pink to pay her commission for every customer that bought product off her site.

Now here's the kicker to this post! What's the main things that keep people from starting their own business in a field they are good at?

  • Q: They don't have the start up capital needed to purchase inventory.
  • A: This is the new wave and having to stock inventory of companies products are a thing of the past. Companies are more than happy to keep their product under their control and only ship it out once the product has been paid for. So that eliminate the need for start up capital to inventory other manufactures product.

  • Q: Where do I find the companies that manufacture the products used in a beauty salon.
  • A: Since you are the person that order products I would think you already know where to find the products you would need. But just in case you don't remember try the Internet where you buy them already.. :)

  • Q: But what if my boss get mad and fire me because I didn't help him start his website.
  • A: So you are worried that your boss is going to get mad and fire you because you decided to not help him start his own website (in your spare time) so he could gain the rewards for himself and your rewards are you get to keep your job. Well in this case, then I would say that if your boss expect you to work for FREE and if you don't then he might fire you? Well I would say it's time to quit that job, create your own website/blog and turn that ex-boss into one of your customers.
OK, before you can come up with the excuse of I DON"T KNOW HOW to create a blog, I'll send you to a couple bloggers that are AWESOME and by following their very easy video tutorials you can be up and running tonight!

Gideon Shalwick and Yaro Starak at Become A Blogger is your start. OK now, no more excuses! :)

So, to sum this post up, my hopes are that what I have shared here, will give others a different insight on how to defeat their fear, and the excuses they make that keeps them from venturing out on their own, starting their very own successful online business has been helpful and encouraging.

Stop, think, if you can do it for someone else, then you CAN do it for YOU!

There are COUNTLESS numbers of companies out there that would love having you as an affiliate marketing their products

The key to your success is making that first step.

Blessings to your new found since of courage, and away with the fear of I can't do it.

Until Next Time,
